At Mountain Productions, we were pumped to provide our staging for the inaugural Beach It! Music Festival at Virginia Beach. Featuring performances from some of the biggest names in country music, including Miranda Lambert, Luke Bryan, and Thomas Rhett, this three-day oceanfront festival started off with a bang!
The Mountain team was proud to have been involved in the 2017 Dolphins Cancer Challenge this past weekend in Miami, FL. The annual DCC hosts a handful of events, including a variety of cycling routes and races, a 5k run/walk, golf tournament, and interactive exhibits for family fun. The goal of the DCC is to fight cancer and raise money for the financial support of the Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center at the University of Miami. The Super Bowl is more than just one of the biggest sporting events of the year. The NFL creates an entire experience for diehard fans each season leading up to the Big Game, and this year Houston hosted a nine-day massive fan festival with live music, interactive exhibits, and a ton of games for adults and children alike with the NFL Experience. Mountain Productions proudly provided the structure for Ford’s exhibit at Super Bowl Live which involved suspending two Ford Super Duty F250 trucks that represented an enormous goalpost.

Mountain Productions provided staging and event production services to five major New Year’s Eve shows, including Pitbull’s New Year Revolution in Miami and the iconic Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve in Times Square. We are proud that our world-class systems were on display to millions of viewers on major networks across the world.

After taking home the honor of Staging Company of the Year as recognized by the Parnelli Awards, Mountain has again been nominated for another prestigious industry award. Mountain Productions is happy to announce that we have been nominated for Pollstar’s 2016 Award for Staging and Equipment Company of the Year!
The annual Pollstar Award nominees are chosen based on a strong track record for successful event productions throughout the calendar year. The winning candidate is then voted upon by PollstarPro subscribers. The final voting takes place online through a link emailed to all Pollstar subscribers and is open through December.
Mountain Productions kicked off the opening night of the NBA season in Cleveland, Ohio by providing staging for the “NBA on TNT Road Show” outside of the Cavalier’s Quicken Loans Arena. The event was the launch of Turner Sports’ interactive road show sponsored by American Express and featured TNT’s Inside the NBA studio team providing pre-game, halftime, and post-game coverage on-site along with a musical performance by Grammy-nominated rapper, Wiz Khalifa. Interactive experiences setup for fans completed this event including TNT Personality Themed Events, the On-Court Hoops Experience, “Singer Slam” Studio, and much more.
