Dinosaurs, Beats and Bass: Mountain Builds First-Ever Lost Lands
Dinosaurs, beats and bass. The inaugural Lost Lands festival offered an experience unlike any in the past 65 million years. Mountain Productions was on site to make it happen.
A sold out crowd of headbangers grabbed their sleeping bags and traveled to Legend Valley, Ohio, for three days and 500,000 watts of bass. Excision and Zeds Dead headlined amongst dozens of the filthiest DJs and producers. Dinosaurs roamed, lights illuminated and bass lines dropped for an unforgettable festival experience. Read more

Mountain Productions entered the luxury fashion arena, once again, building custom solutions for KadaN Productions for the Calvin Klein After-Party during New York Fashion Week 2017.
The Mountain Productions crew brought their expertise to New York City for the fashion event of the year – New York Fashion Week. This year, our event production expertise was utilized for the Calvin Klein After-Party. The CK After-Party was an all-night, red-drenched rave that attracted top models and pop culture icons, alike, coming together in the name of fashion and the world’s premier female DJs.
[Event Recap] West Indian Day Parade Celebrates Caribbean Culture
In 1930s Harlem, a group of newfound New-Yorkers set in motion a celebration of Caribbean culture and tradition that would continue more than 80 years later. Since the mid-1990s, the New York Caribbean Carnival Parade attracts millions of people annually, far surpassing the combined attendance of Coachella, Lollapalooza and South by Southwest.
The carnival parade led to a 4-day festival, which was held behind the Brooklyn Museum from the Thursday before Labor Day through the weekend. Mountain Productions was on site to ensure this year’s carnival brought the same sense of celebration that the founders dreamt up several decades ago.

Iconic “Manny’s Music” Set to be Demolished
Mountain Productions began to build their reputation as one of North America’s leading event production companies in 1981 after producing a legendary benefit concert for Simon and Garfunkel in Central Park. Just a few blocks away, Manny’s Music was where Paul Simon, himself, bought his first guitar at the age of twelve.
Located just outside the theater district, a landmark that once served as the heart of Manhattan’s music scene, Manny’s Music, is now set to be demolished. Read more
