Size matters, but sometimes bigger doesn’t always mean better. We’re excited to officially announce our newest addition to the MTN BOX® product line: The MTN BOX® Spektrum Series SM Road Case. The MTN BOX®: Spektrum Series SM offers the same level of durability and strength as our original MTN BOX® design, but in a compact, reduced size that is ideal for various truck packs.
The MTN BOX®: Spektrum Series SM is constructed of super tough nylon resin polymer and is 10X stronger than traditional ATA flight packs. This case provides whiteboard areas for organization, stackable caster cups for stability when stacking multiple cases, heavy duty smooth rolling casters, and a super strong steel recessed frame for weight displacement and added durability.
New to this MTN BOX® model is a revamped lid design, which is slightly smaller in height to proportionately fit the reduced size. The lid also provides 4 threaded holes that can serve a variety of purposes and uses (i.e. small hooks can be mounted to the lid to secure chain hoist hooks to). All of the MTN BOX® hardware is easily replaceable and serviceable.
What truly sets the MTN BOX® brand of road cases apart from the competition is its unique, interchangeable insert system. Using integrated channels in the case walls and lid, the MTN BOX®: Spektrum Series SM combines with precision water jet cut inserts that partition your storage area any way you can imagine. With over 20 inserts currently designed for the Spektrum Series SM that can be combined in various configurations, users can enjoy the ultimate level of customization with this case. If you can imagine it, we can help you organize it. Our engineers are always designing new inserts, often creating custom shaped inserts that specifically fit branded equipment (i.e. CM Lodestars, Motion Labs’ Loadcells, Stagemaker hoists, etc.).
