The beginning of the summer is always a jam packed season for Mountain Productions, full of college commencement setups and outdoor festivals. This year was as busy as ever, with a wide variety of events going on at once. During the week of May 13th, Mountain was involved in over 30 events, almost half of which featured hydraulic, mobile autostages. By the time the week was planned out, there wasn’t a mobile stage to spare. The variety in size and rigging capability makes Mountain’s line of mobile stages a popular choice in the summer. They are adaptable enough to work for graduation stages, side concert stages and main festival stages.
Some of the events that Mountain was involved in included the Electric Daisy Carnival at New York, Googamooga festival, Rutgers’ Commencement, the University of Massachusetts’ Graduation and the University of Pennsylvania’s Graduation. Here’s a gallery of some of the stage builds:
